According to this, if a Customer is not completely satisfied.

• He/she may return the product calling customer care and scheduling return pick-up for a 100% refund for the product within 5 days of original delivery.

• For purchases made at LokalFood Franchise, he/she may return the product to the LF for a 100% refund for the product within 5 days of original purchase.

• Exchange with the same or another product of equivalent value.

• Full refund of the purchase price paid. In such scenario, Refund will be initiated after the goods are received by us, and amount debited from your Bank/Card account will be refunded within 7 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of perishable items like milk, vegetables and fruits due to hygiene purposes.

Repurchase bonus income adjustment of Products returned up till 25th of each month shall be processed in the same month. Repurchase bonus Income earned on the returned products will be deducted from the respective member’s wallet.

• Shipping Method & Delivery Charges: We offer doorstep delivery service at no shipping charges if the order value is 650/- or more, otherwise we charge 50/- flat shipping charges per order.

• Order Processing Time: All orders placed before 5 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the next day, all orders placed after 5 PM on weekday or on a public holiday will be dispatched within two business days.
